From the Principal’s Desk:
In the words of Gandhi ji, “By Education I mean an all round drawing out of the best in child and man-body, mind and spirit”. Thus according to him, education must not ignore any aspect of human development. Hence, true education is that which helps the balanced and harmonious development of all the aspects of human personality-physical, intellectual, spiritual, aesthetic and social to enable the person to achieve the ultimate aim i.e. ‘Truth”. To a large extent, this is what St Mary’s High School tries to provide its students. I believe my role as an educator is to guide and nurture the next generation to establish skills to achieve health, respect, prosperity and fulfillment. In St Mary’s, we always believe that, “the best is yet to be”. Arriving at one goal is the starting point of another. Let us set our foot firmly, and fix our eyes clearly on the goal and march towards it slowly, but steadily, fully trusting in God. I pray to the Almighty to bless all the students, teachers, parents, benefactors and well wishers of the institution.
